Olá! I’m Simone, a Brazilian soul with an Australian heart. My journey began in 2011 when I set foot in Australia, seeking adventure and new experiences. Little did I know, I would find not only a new home but also love and family in this beautiful land down under.
Life took an unexpected turn in 2014 when my husband, born into a family of food enthusiasts from Italy, was diagnosed with coeliac disease. Suddenly, our world revolved around adapting to a gluten-free lifestyle. It was a challenge, but it ignited a passion within me.
With unwavering dedication and a heart full of love, I delved into the art of gluten-free cooking. Drawing inspiration from my husband’s Italian heritage and my Brazilian roots, I embarked on a culinary journey like no other. Every recipe became an opportunity to infuse love and creativity into our meals, turning dietary restrictions into delicious possibilities.
My motivation to start my business stems from the desire to share our journey and creations with others who, like us, navigate the gluten-free world with grace and determination. I believe that everyone deserves to enjoy delicious, nourishing food, regardless of dietary restrictions.
Through my business, I aim to provide a taste of joy and comfort to individuals living with coeliac disease and others following a gluten-free lifestyle.
